Making A Purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier. Browse to the product you wish to purchase. Then just call us or e-mail us.

Elegant Accents is proud to offer a wide variety of furniture and accent pieces. Our bathroom vanities and bedrooms are made from beautiful birch wood solids and composites. They are machine tooled for high quality and easy assembly. We purchase our products from only the best wholesalers and manufacturers in the D/FW area.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and Discover as well as checks.

Sales Tax Our business is operated from Grand Prairie,Texas. We must collect 8.25% sales tax on all orders placed for delivery within Texas and any orders being picked up at our warehouse. All other orders are tax free.

Returns Policy All items are final sale unless damaged during shipping.

Shipping And Handling The following information is VERY IMPORTANT! Please read and understand before placing an order.

We are more than happy to ship even our largest items to your home or office in the continental United States. We will arrange shipment to Canada only if the client has a customs broker and will pay all duties and taxes. Please contact us if you have any special shipping needs or questions prior to purchase.

SHIPPING POLICY - STRICTLY ENFORCED

This is policy is also written on the shipping boxes and it has been emailed to you so there is no confusion that you received it. This simply protects you, the buyer, and us, the seller.

When your item is received, you must check it for damage prior to the driver leaving. Do not sign the freight bill until you have checked the items. If there is any damage, it must be noted on the freight bill, or a claim will not be filed and we (all parties involved) will not be refunded, and we cannot replace the merchandise. No exceptions.

All of our freight is shipped on a pallet. If your item does not arrive on a pallet, please write that on the receiving bill as well as other notes of damage.

If someone else is signing for the merchandise other than you, they must be informed of our policy. We cannot replace any items or give any refunds for damaged items that have nothing noted on the receiving freight bill. If someone else has signed for your package, you accept the responsibility of telling him or her our policy, and if they do not note damage, no merchandise will be replaced and a credit will not be given.

We rarely have damage, but when we do, it is extremely important to write it on the freight bill, or the items cannot be replaced by Elegant Accents or the freight company. Also, please allow 12 hours before tracking the freight online. It takes until the next day for the computers to be updated.
